The 20th anniversary is celebrated by Mazda with the unveiling of a special edition of the MX-5 this week. This Black & Matte edition, based on the standard MX-5 2.0, will make its public debut at the Salon du Cabriolet, Coupé & SUV in Paris next month.
A report revealed that Mazda has partnered with fashion house LK, which is headed by designer Laure Kczekotowska, to prepare the car. The car was fitted with a 2.0-liter MX-5 roadster coupe. It was painted matte black and given a chrome contour to its grille and special wheels. Allegedly, the car is supposed to feature rhinestones, gems and crystals. So far, there has been no physical sighting of the car to confirm this feature.
