Was 10 years ago today that racing legend Dale Earnhardt Senior died while competing in the Daytona 500. It is no secret that not all racing afficianado is a fan of the NASCAR scene, but you can not deny outright the ability and the presence of brokers bring to the game, both inside and outside the track. Was nowhere more evident than with Earnhardt, which emerged from a long line of circle track racers. Even if fans of the series embedded a different driver, Earnhardt respected by their very nature-earth and old-school approach to competition. When Earnhardt was driving, it was clear he was not there to make friends or play nice. He was there to win.
While Earnhardt's death was a tragedy on many levels, we can not help feeling that NASCAR lost more than an icon in its path. field today is populated by too polished, machine media unnamed missing the heart and emotions that the former brought to the table. Maybe that's why we can not lead to failure in front of the TV for 500 laps.
