BYD e6 Live Pictures - Detroit Auto Show 2011

If you do not already know, the BYD e6 is one of the few Chinese cars - more power - trying out the American adventure. Slightly redesigned for the NAIAS 2011, the BYD e6 clarify its future supply with a single drive.

Already presented last year when it provided four different versions, the BYD e6 is announced in the 2011 edition only in electric motor with lithium-ion 60 kWh batteries in 6 hours on conventional sector. The battery life is advertised at more than 320 kilometers.

BYD plans indicate, the e6 should be marketed overseas in 2012 and costs $ 35,000 or 27,000 euros, or between-series hybrid Chevrolet Volt and the electric Nissan Leaf. Except that the BYD e6 is a crossover and have a superior livability, remains to be seen the quality of the self in parallel.
