Britain heads the world's smallest car street of Germany
A woman looks at the British Perry Watkins sat in his mini car called "Wind Up" in Essen, Germany. The car is listed in Guinness as the world's smallest car with a license to drive on public streets. The car is 104 inches tall, 129 long and 66 wide. The vehicle runs at up to 60 mph and has a seat belt. The car will be presented at an event engine on November 27
